GEO 215L - Mineralogy Lab (1)
FA. Students examine mineral samples in hand sample and thin section. Students also learn to use petrographic microscopes. Labs emphasize crystal morphology and mineral identification. Prerequisite(s): GEO 120 , GEO 151 , or GEO 153 ; and CHEM 101 (may be taken concurrently). Corequisite(s): GEO 215 . Lab fee: $125.
