HE 266 - Basic Health Concepts: Diseases, Substance Abuse, Community, and Environment (2) SP, alternate years. This course is designed to build on the material presented in HE 265 and prepare health education majors and minors with a wide variety of community health education content including the following: a reformed perspective on community health and caring for our community, community health diseases and risk factors, consumer health, environmental health, substance abuse, cancer, and building long-lasting community health. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 115 or permission of the instructor. This course may be taken before HE 265 .
