SP. This course will instruct students in the theories, principles and practices of business communication. Subject matter will include organizational culture, communication ethics, conflict negotiation, public presentations, appropriate uses of visual aids, listening, interviewing, and business writing. Prerequisite: COMM 101 or COMM 141, and ENGL 101.
