Organizational Leadership Graduate Certificate

The online Organizational Leadership graduate certificate focuses on authentic leadership. Organization structure, processes, effectiveness, and the impact on individual member development and stakeholder expectations are addressed in coursework required for this certificate. Other required coursework emphasizes articulating a contextual agenda to enact responsible leadership and lead with self-awareness. Courses incorporate experiential learning and are taught using a relational pedagogy.

There are four required courses (for a total of 12 credits) to complete the online Organizational Leadership graduate certificate. Each course is offered in an 8-week asynchronous format.
