FA, SP. This lab will introduce modern biochemical separation and analytical techniques. Students will collect and analyze experimental data related to protein expression, purification, and characterization. A particular emphasis will be placed on learning to clearly explain biochemical results and their applications in a research setting. Corequisite(s): BCHM 321. Lab fee: $195.
