SP. This lab will explore how changing environmental conditions impact a variety of protein structures and functions. The impact of environmental changes will be assessed by measuring properties such as protein folding or enzyme kinetics. Computational modeling will also be used to better visualize macromolecules and key elements of their stability and regulation. Corequisite(s): BCHM 324. Lab fee: $150.
