Students use established laboratory methods to make recombinant and edited DNA molecules, make genetically modified cells, and assess the changes in phenotype and genotype. Students will develop technical skills and practice experimental design, data analysis, and scientific communication. Corequisite(s): BIOL 325. Lab fee.
