SPAUD 524 - Cleft and Craniofacial Disorders (3) SP. Study of the development, characteristics, evaluation, and treatment of children with cleft lip and/or palate as well as other craniofacial syndromes that affect speech, language, hearing, and swallowing. Ethical issues, including a discussion of medical and social models of disability as related to persons with craniofacial differences, will be addressed. Prerequisite: acceptance into the SPAUD MA program.
