IDIS 103 - Oral Rhetoric for Engineers (3) A study of the principles of oral rhetoric, with emphasis on developing student competency in preparing and delivering effective speeches. The emphasis is on basic speech design for engineers communicating their creation and refinement of ideas to peers, managers, subordinates, venture capitalists, and to the public at large. Pre-requisite: Enrollment in the engineering program. Not offered 2021-2022.
