BUS 201 - Management and Organizational Behavior (3) FA, SP. This course helps students develop an integrated understanding of human behavior within an organization. It develops this understanding through critical engagement with management perspectives of scholars and practitioners writing from both secular and Christian foundations. The course provides scientific insights into understanding how individuals and groups in organizations behave and examines the role of organizational systems, structures, and processes in shaping behavior. Prerequisites: BUS 101 , IDIS 150 , and a C or better in written rhetoric core.
