Study in Spain (STSP)

The Semester in Spain takes place in Oviedo, Spain, every spring in partnership with the Universidad de Oviedo. Students live with Spanish families in Oviedo. The emphasis of this semester program is Spanish language and culture. Students enroll in both Calvin and Universidad de Oviedo courses as well as take at least one course at La Casa de Lenguas in Oviedo. The academic components of the program include the following:

Program Requirements

STSP 315 - Engaging Spanish Culture
at least one course at La Casa de las Lenguas (2 hours each)
a direct-enroll course, required for students who completed SPAN 302 prior to study abroad
