Cultural Intelligence for Christian Leaders, Certificate

The Cultural Values and Intercultural Learning certificate program nurtures congregational and ministerial leaders and Christian educators with the knowledge, skills, and commitment to a vocation of leading with cultural competency and an appreciation of the cultural diversity of the body of Christ. Grounded in the Reformed Christian perspective of culturally competent and intelligent leadership, the program exposes participants to the tapestry of cultural values, fosters best practices of intercultural learning and interaction, and cultivates a pastoral mindset among congregational and ministry leaders.

This graduate certificate program requires the completion of four foundational courses (eight credits) and one capstone course (2 credits) where students integrate the learning from the foundations courses and create a visionary plan of application in their own setting. 

The courses will include both asynchronous community learning and periodic synchronous interactions.
