English Minor

The English department offers coursework in linguistics, literature, and writing—the art, craft, and science of language. The English Studies minor allows students to choose a total of seven courses from at least two of the three areas (including at least three 300-level courses) combined to reflect individual interests and goals.

Program Requirements
- In addition to the two courses below, students take five ENGL courses, of which at least three must be at the 300 level.
