SP, alternate years. Students will gain and sharpen active listening and observational skills for use in stage and screen acting. Students will also learn the basics of script analysis. These tools and insights will be applied to scene acting, a staged monologue, a self-recorded audition, and a filmed scene in tandem with the Video Production Department and/or a New Media scene (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, etc.). Not offered in 2025-26.
