SP. Students are supported as they prepare to launch from college life to the real world. They develop a portfolio complete with resume, letters of recommendation, and overviews of projects they have completed throughout their college experience. Students will connect with vocational rehabilitation services and pursue their self-determined employment and independent living goals. Students create their final person-centered plan and explore available community supports. Prerequisite(s): admission to the Life and Career Studies program or permission from the dean of education.
