RFLA 122 - Career and Life Management (4) FA, every fourth year. Students will discover how to make choices that lead to flourishing in their social, work, and spiritual lives. They will delve into employment readiness, soft skills, the employment process, teamwork, and exploring what it means to reflect Christ’s character in the workplace. Students will grow their agency, advocacy, and action planning skills to reach future career goals through self-assessment of personal priorities, application of the decision-making process, utilization of time management skills, life mapping, and applying the tools they have learned in support of positive work-life balance. Prerequisite(s): admission to the Life and Career Studies program or permission from the dean of education.
