RFLA 121 - Personal Management and Success in the Workplace (4) FA, every fourth year. Students will explore their own identity and the roles they hold within family, school, work, and faith communities. They will delve into attribution theory and identify ways that individual choices can support success in the workplace. By using a decision-making process; goal writing, assessment; and exploration of self, students will develop personal agency and empowerment to pursue their goals for lifelong career and vocation. Students will discover, through real life scenarios, the importance of perseverance and drawing on trusted members of family, social, and faith communities to support goal attainment. Prerequisite(s): admission to the Life and Career Studies program or permission from the dean of education.
