SP2. This course begins with a broad overview of operations and supply chain systems with a special emphasis on understanding lean methodology. Through integration of a supply chain simulation students will be utilizing advanced analytical tools to make strategic supply chain decisions. Decisions, strategies, and course teaching are provided with global context to simulate typical real-world scenarios.
