FA. This class uses a relationship selling model that builds value and benefits both the buying and selling parties. Students will learn communications skills useful in making informative and persuasive presentations. Course topics include prospecting, how to make positive first impressions, presentation skills, managing objections, negotiating, reaching win-win decisions, time management, team-selling, sales force management, and serving customers. This class is required for a Marketing-Professional Selling concentration and is an elective in other Marketing concentrations. Prerequisite(s): MKTG 301 .
