FA. This course introduces the field of environmental law from its constitutional foundations to recent judicial decisions. The course focuses on questions of legal authority in the American federalist system and on the most significant legal processes that students will likely encounter in environmental careers. Prerequisite(s): ENST 210 or permission of the instructor.
