EDUC 210 - Music and Art in the Elementary Classroom

FA, SP. This is a required course for the elementary teacher candidate. It covers seven weeks of music education methods and seven weeks of visual arts methods. Integration of music and art with other subject areas will be stressed. Students will explore the creative process through vocal and instrumental music, visual arts production, and lesson planning. Prerequisite(s): EDUC 103 (may be taken concurrently).
