This course aims to equip students with a deep understanding of individual and group behavior within organizations, and examines the role of organizational systems, structures, and processes in shaping behavior. By achieving the learning objectives, students will develop a solid foundation for understanding and effectively managing human behavior in organizational settings. This course attempts to help students develop an integrated understanding of management and organizational behavior based on God’s revelation in creation and His Word.
