This course is designed to help adult students explore their career interests, professional goals, and vocational trajectory. Throughout this course students will discover the skills, competencies, dispositions necessary for success in their career field. They will be invited to explore ethical frameworks that can be applied in their professional lives. Through completion of assessments, personal reflection, individual research, and interaction with the Career Center, students will become familiar with their unique strengths and the current hiring environment in their field of study to prepare themselves to be competitive for employment opportunities.
