FA, SP This course will engage students in a broad examination of multiple aspects of operations and supply chain management. Students will gain exposure to product and process design, program management, quality management, lean manufacturing techniques and supply chain management. Students will use a business simulation software to understand and model the impact of operational decisions on company profitability and sustainability. Course fee: $75.
