FA. An introduction to linear feedback control theory, including transient and frequency response, stability, systems performance, control modes, and compensation methods. Hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and inertial components and systems are investigated and employed. Laboratory exercises are used to illustrate concepts. Prerequisite(s): ENGR 204 and MATH 231. Corequisite(s): ENGR 315.
