ENTR 302 - The Startup

(4)
FA. This course provides hands-on learning on how to launch a startup through the rapid development and testing of ideas by gathering customer and marketplace feedback. Startups face uncertainty and high levels of risk. Students learn how to reduce both uncertainty and risk by engaging actual customers in search of the jobs they do, their pain points, and their unmet needs. Only by doing so can the entrepreneur develop a proper solution and establish a suitable business model that is scalable. This class utilizes a lean startup approach that provides the steps needed to build a successful startup. Prerequisite(s): ENTR 201  and ENTR 202 . Not offered in 2023-24.
