EDUC 380 - Internship in Education

SP. Students work approximately ten hours per week in a position related to schooling and/or the support of individuals who have identified disabilities. Taken as an optional part of an education major or special education studies minor, the internship will provide students an opportunity to consolidate their study of teaching, learning, and support for children and families. Students will work with the School of Education faculty and the Career Center to secure a suitable position. Prerequisite(s): senior status, a 2.0 university and departmental GPA, and permission of the advisor and of the on-site advisor.
