This course examines the knowledge and skills required to become a collaborative educator who identifies as a Christian early childhood professional, can administer programs, understands and works alongside children and families from diverse backgrounds, can recognize and report child abuse and neglect, is a strong advocate for children and families, and is a reflective practitioner committed to life-long learning. Prerequisite(s): EDUC 236 and EDUC 238, or permission of the instructor.
