PSYC 311 - Theories of Personality (3) FA, SP. A study of the enduring human personality characteristics that often distinguish one person from another. Extensive consideration is given to biological, psychodynamic, social, cognitive, and trait-descriptive theories of personality structure and functioning. The course also introduces students to a variety of personality scales and inventories designed to identify important individual differences in personality. Prerequisites: PSYC 151 and PSYC 212 or permission of the instructor.
