PER 110 - Water Aerobics

FA, SP. This course emphasizes the development of personal fitness levels. Students will participate in a variety of activities in the pool. Water will be used as a resistive force as a means of improving conditioning levels. Classes will be adjusted for different ability levels. Not offered in 2018-2019
