RECR 346 - Field Internship in Recreation/Therapeutic Recreation

FA, SP, and SU. An internship or field experience at an approved agency, institution, or service as specified by a student’s major and advisor in recreation. Where applicable, the seminar focuses on the problems and issues involved in relating theory to professional practice. Prerequisite: Therapeutic Recreation majors must first complete all courses in the recreation program. All students must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of C (2.0) and the approval of the department advisor.
