FA, SP. Students participate in a supervised full-time teaching internship in a K – 8^th grade classroom. Local and out of region placements are arranged by program faculty; out of region placements carry additional application requirements. All internships include a weekly seminar. Prerequisites: GPA of 2.5, passing scores on the reading, mathematics, and writing competency tests, completion of education courses, and appropriate recommendations from the education and major/minor departments.
