A survey and analysis of law enforcement, the courts, and corrections with special attention given to the ethical, legal, and social issues that must be confronted when these components of the traditional criminal justice system are expected to bring about social justice to offenders, victims, and society in general. Goals of restoration and moral accountability are also addressed.
